Asia Clean Capital ("ACC") announced a strategic partnership with CENTER International Group Company Limited ("CENTER") and signed a distributed solar power project cooperation agreement to co-develop a 200 megawatt solar pipeline in Mainland China.
Under the terms of the Agreement, ACC and CENTER will integrate each party's resources at the distributed solar PV projects among world-class automobile manufacturers, including top tier automobile components suppliers, airports and high-speed railway stations. ACC will invest 100 percent of the system cost and CENTER will focus on the design and project management.
