At a time when affordability is on everyone's minds, Entergy Mississippi offers customers several no-cost programs that can help seal the gaps in your house and reduce your electricity usage. Through our independent trade allies, Entergy Solutions provides energy audits, weatherization and performance improvements for your HVAC system such as duct sealing and HVAC tune-ups.
What to expect when our trade ally arrives
You can schedule a local provider to come to your house to audit your energy usage and perform several no-cost services. When the provider arrives at your door, they should be wearing a proper uniform and displaying a photo ID badge. They will also have handy a "Verify Me" QR code that you can scan with your phone. The code will take you to a website that can validate the identity of the service provider.
Optional services
Trade allies who provide energy efficiency services through Entergy Solutions will not request payment for their work on our no-cost services. All of those costs are paid for by Entergy Mississippi.
If, however, a technician is working at your house and spots something in your HVAC system or elsewhere in your home that needs to be repaired, they can offer to make the repairs for additional costs. But you are not obligated to have them do the repairs. You can use another provider or ask to reschedule a repair at a later date.

Pro tips
- Trade allies may go door-to-door in a neighborhood where they are already working to offer these services. You can use the Verify Me QR code to confirm their credentials even if they don't have an appointment with you.
- The READI Audits and A/C tune-up programs must be registered for separately. Participating in one does not exclude you from taking advantage of the other.
