The scope of work included providing acquisition due diligence of a regional portfolio of rooftop solar projects that are spread across Southeast Asia, to include Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

Despite the pandemic, renewable energy requirements in Southeast Asia continue to grow. Vietnam is targeting to have 2GW of wind installed by 2025, and a total of 6GW by 2030. Philippines set an objective to increase the renewable energy-based capacity to 15,304MW by 2030. Malaysia's renewable energy target is 20% by 2025, a significant increase from the 2% being generated in 2019.
